Our client is seeking a Trainee Fund Administrator to join their growing Funds team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to begin a career in financial services, supporting the administration of a varied portfolio of private capital fund structures. The successful candidate will receive training and support to develop key skills and gain experience in delivering high-quality client service.
Job Duties:
- Assist with the administration of a range of private capital structures and associated entities
- Support the establishment of new structures and the transition of switch clients
- Maintain high standards of client service throughout the client lifecycle
- Assist with company secretarial duties, including preparation of agendas, board packs, and meeting minutes
- Support routine fund operations such as investor calls and distributions
- Prepare payment instructions for fund-related expenses
- Maintain accurate investor records and other related documentation
- Follow internal workflows, policies, and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Positive, personable, and self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Strong understanding of the importance of delivering quality client service
- Excellent numeracy and computer literacy
- Flexible and collaborative working style
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Interest in pursuing a career in financial services
- A-levels in relevant subjects preferred
