Our client is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to join their team on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. Based in Jersey, this role is pivotal in managing and developing relationships with enterprise-level clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for account managing existing customers, growing new revenue streams, and protecting the current client base from competitors. The role offers a varied and rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and play a key role in driving growth in a competitive and everchanging market.
Job Duties:
- Manage and develop relationships with an allocated portfolio of enterprise customers
- Identify new business opportunities and introduce relevant solutions
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Retain and protect existing revenues by building trusted client relationships
- Develop and implement customer engagement and development plans
- Collaborate with internal departments including product, marketing, professional services, finance, and engineering
- Attend business and operating reviews, representing the team and the organisation
- Introduce new products and services to customers in line with launch plans
- Oversee accurate completion of internal order forms and ensure timely delivery of services
- Escalate service issues appropriately to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Attend networking events and client entertainment as required
- Qualify and manage opportunities involving the Professional Services team
- Own the bid and proposal process in line with governance requirements
- Ensure financial procedures, payment milestones and pricing guidelines are followed
- Accurately report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPI metrics
- Maintain up-to-date sales administration records and key account documentation
- Engage in relevant training and development, including product, systems, and administration
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing B2B sales environment
- Knowledge of technology solutions including telecommunications, cloud services, and ICT
- Strong ability to engage at C-suite level
- Proven sales skills and ability to meet targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in managing Account Development Plans
- Commercial awareness and ability to prioritise client needs
- High level of organisation and task management
- Flexibility with working hours and willingness to attend events
- Full, clean driving licence
- Comfortable adapting to rapidly changing services and technologies
