Senior Fund Administrator

Our client is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to join their Private Equity Operations team on a full-time basis. This role focuses on the administration of a significant private equity client with a dynamic and active investment portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing investor administration, cash management, and client servicing tasks. Working closely with the Investment Advisor and internal departments, this position requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously. Signatory status will be expected following the completion of the probation period.

Job Duties:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Investment Advisor and third parties
  • Support client query resolution and provide a high standard of client service
  • Perform daily cash management processes and action ad hoc items in accordance with policy
  • Process and self-review FX transactions as required
  • Input and manage invoices through the client’s bespoke system
  • Arrange loan facility amendments as needed
  • Prepare monthly client monies and bank reconciliations
  • Liaise with directors, clients, and third parties to coordinate board meetings
  • Collaborate with depositary to provide documentation for investments
  • Work alongside deal and execution teams on investment activities
  • Prepare and supply fund KYC documentation
  • Manage the end-to-end investor call and distribution process
  • Complete investor transfer procedures and monitor audit confirmations
  • Oversee investor tax reporting and support fund closings
  • Monitor and manage mailboxes, responding to tasks as assigned
  • Provide rotational support across team tasks and assist with workload balancing
  • Attend meetings with directors and prepare accurate and timely minutes

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Fund Administrator, ideally with signatory responsibility
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to quality
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Investran preferred
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, relevant regulations, and industry practices
  • Business or financial services qualification (or working towards one) is advantageous
