Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Corporate Services division on a permanent, full-time basis. This hybrid role focuses on supporting the delivery of key governance and business initiatives, with a strong emphasis on AML/CFT/CPF compliance and risk-related matters. The successful candidate will work closely with client teams to ensure regulatory adherence, support the improvement of operational efficiencies, and contribute to maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
Job Duties:
- Assess client due diligence requirements during onboarding and periodic reviews
- Review or prepare risk assessments for administered entities, ensuring accurate risk ratings
- Conduct and/or review the three-tier test for beneficial ownership and control
- Provide guidance to junior team members on the three-tier test process
- Maintain accurate records of source of wealth/funds, beneficial ownership, and high-risk indicators
- Undertake and/or review periodic client entity reviews
- Support the maintenance of Key Risk Identifier Registers and related reporting tools
- Assist in the testing and implementation of system enhancements, including feedback and guidance preparation
- Contribute to strong corporate governance in line with regulatory expectations and business objectives
- Manage client onboarding responsibilities including due diligence collection, system updates, and risk materials
- Aid in audit processes, regulatory reporting, and compliance monitoring programmes
- Ensure systems maintain a golden source of accurate and timely client data
- Support the review and development of operational processes for clients
- Comply with internal procedures for Risk and Compliance, AML legislation, and CPD requirements
- Demonstrate commitment to professional development and alignment with company values
Job Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of AML/CFT/CPF legislation and its risk-based application
- Previous experience in Corporate Services is essential
- Understanding of complex corporate structures from an AML/CDD perspective
- Background in Risk and Compliance is beneficial
- Experience with good corporate governance practices
- Solutions-focused with analytical and inquisitive mindset
- Diploma-level qualification such as CGI, STEP, or ICA Diploma
