Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Fiduciary Management and Administration team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is focused on the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trust and corporate clients, supporting an Engagement Lead or Lead Director. You will be expected to deliver a high standard of service, contribute to business development activities, and help maintain a commercially aware and client-focused culture.
Job Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of client relationships under the guidance of an Engagement Lead or Lead Director
- Administer all aspects of corporate and trust structures efficiently and accurately
- Exercise sound judgement in escalating significant matters to senior management or the Board
- Maintain proactive oversight of client relationships to ensure effective day-to-day administration
- Provide technical support to senior managers and directors, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Oversee work in progress, billing, and debtor management in line with company procedures and targets
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of three years' experience in a relevant financial services environment
- Working towards or holding a recognised professional qualification such as ICSA, STEP, or similar
- Solid technical experience in the administration of trusts and offshore fiduciary structures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
- Strong commercial acumen with a client-focused approach
- Highly organised, with a disciplined and methodical work ethic
- Positive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude, demonstrating professionalism at all times
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and fiduciary management systems such as ViewPoint or Laserfiche
