Administrator, Fiduciary

Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Fiduciary Management and Administration team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role involves providing support with day-to-day administration tasks within a fiduciary environment, with a strong focus on service excellence and compliance. You will be part of a team committed to delivering value to clients while contributing to broader business objectives through efficient and high-quality service.

Job Duties:

  • Carry out day-to-day administration duties, including executing payments
  • Adhere to service standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent quality and compliance
  • Exercise good judgement in identifying and escalating significant matters to senior team members or management
  • Maintain exceptional service levels with a focus on adding value to client relationships
  • Support and strengthen internal team relationships to promote a collaborative working environment

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in a trust and corporate service provider (TCSP) environment
  • Working towards or holding a recognised professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP is preferred
  • Strong understanding of trust and corporate services, and their practical applications
  • Awareness of Isle of Man and UK tax implications, with knowledge of the Isle of Man Companies Acts and relevant corporate governance, anti-money laundering, and compliance legislation
  • Familiarity with banking procedures and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and experience with Viewpoint and Laserfiche
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Highly organised with a disciplined and methodical approach to work
  • Willingness to learn, develop professionally, and contribute as a team player
