Fund Administrator

Our client is seeking a Fund Administrator to join their Fund Administration team on a full-time basis. Reporting to a senior team member, this role involves delivering a range of fund administration services across a varied client portfolio. You will be responsible for managing workloads efficiently and ensuring client requests are actioned in a timely manner. Job Duties:

  • Forming and administering a complex range of funds, management companies and associated fund structures
  • Preparing minutes, resolutions, and correspondence; coordinating timely execution of documents and maintaining statutory records
  • Processing bank payments and reconciling payment logs and approvals
  • Producing and distributing invoices, managing fee collection and debtor chasing
  • Maintaining accurate investor records and processing changes and transfers
  • Coordinating routine fund operations including investor calls and distributions
  • Supporting additional administrative responsibilities as required by management or clients
  • Ensuring data integrity and using systems to drive efficiency and enhance client service
  • Promoting process consistency and alignment through internal best practices
  • Identifying and contributing to process, policy, and service improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal procedures, including AML/CFT requirements
  • Supporting onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of KYC checks
  • Undertaking project work and initiatives as directed by management

Job Requirements:

  • Strong academic background and working towards or holding a relevant qualification such as ICSA Level 4 or 5
  • 3–5 years’ relevant experience in the finance industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
