Our client is seeking a Trust Administrator to join their Guernsey-based team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will support the administration of a varied portfolio of trust and company clients, assisting with day-to-day tasks and ensuring service delivery is aligned with internal procedures and regulatory expectations. Job Duties:
- Support the administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and maintain a professional approach with clients
- Become familiar with the allocated client portfolio and internal procedures
- Deliver timely and accurate client service across day-to-day administration tasks
- Liaise with internal teams to gather and process required data and resolve queries
- Maintain awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Draft accurate communications including letters, emails, and meeting minutes
- Adhere to internal controls and policies at all times
- Manage own time efficiently with awareness of chargeable time
- Proactively identify issues and escalate them to senior team members as needed
- Take responsibility for ongoing personal and professional development
- Work towards agreed training plans and performance objectives
Job Requirements:

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
