Financial Reporting Manager

Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join their fast-paced and collaborative in-house Finance team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role works closely with the Head of Finance and Financial Controller and is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and presentation of the firm’s financial data. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied workload, contributing to the firm’s consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Job Duties:

• Prepare the firm’s annual consolidated financial statements and individual company financial statements
• Perform monthly and annual consolidation of all group entities, followed by detailed reporting and analysis
• Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance and MI analysis
• Develop and present profit and loss, balance sheet, and cashflow forecasts
• Create departmental P&L reports and support the annual budgeting process
• Present financial data to senior management, boards, partners, and auditors
• Prepare tax computations and returns

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with a minimum of five years’ accounting experience
• Experience working with multi-currency, multi-entity accounts and consolidations
• Strong commercial acumen and expert analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative and client-focused approach
• Experience with practice management systems such as Elite 3e or Viewpoint (desirable)
