Our client is seeking a Manager to join their Employer Solutions division on a permanent, full-time basis. This hybrid role is focused on the proactive oversight and delivery of divisional projects, with an emphasis on client engagement, commercial value, and risk management. You will coordinate onboarding, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment with strategic and regulatory requirements across the business.
Job Duties:
- Support divisional Directors in identifying and initiating projects focused on commercial, risk, or client service enhancements
- Coordinate and monitor risk management initiatives and client onboarding activities
- Develop and manage project plans with relevant business stakeholders
- Deliver divisional projects by applying structured project management techniques
- Ensure effective use of client-facing resources during project implementation
- Measure and maximise return on investment from project activities
- Produce progress reports for senior management using appropriate tools and frameworks
- Identify training requirements related to new initiatives and deliver relevant sessions within the division
- Address issues during project execution by identifying solutions and mitigating risks
- Liaise with internal departments including Legal, Compliance, and Operations
- Adhere to risk, compliance, and AML procedures in all project-related activity
- Carry out any other duties as required by the Division Head
- Uphold the organisation’s core values and expected behaviours
Job Requirements:
- Strong project management skills
- General knowledge of employee incentive vehicles
- Experience in handling customer due diligence
- Ability to meet internal deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
