Periodic / Client Reviewer

Our client is seeking a full time or part time Client Periodic Reviewer to join their compliance function on a full-time basis. This role is critical to maintaining a high standard of client file reviews and risk monitoring, ensuring regulatory obligations are met across the business. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of periodic reviews with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and risk assessment.

Job Duties:

• Maintain the register of periodic review schedules
• Prepare and coordinate periodic reviews in line with regulatory requirements
• Collect and review supporting documentation to support file reviews
• Hold monthly pre-review meetings to coordinate input and post-review meetings to present findings
• Identify and report risk factors, applying proportional risk ratings and actions
• Prepare detailed month-end reports and quarterly statistics for management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an administrative or reviewer role within a Trust or Private Wealth environment
• Solid experience in risk analysis, with the ability to apply findings proportionately
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Confident in leading meetings and communicating effectively across departments
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
