Our client is seeking a Trainee Administrator to join their Real Estate services department on a full-time, permanent basis. Job Duties:
- Assist with the formation and administration of companies, trusts, and limited partnerships
- Prepare minutes, resolutions, correspondence and coordinate timely execution of documents
- Attend to statutory filings and maintain accurate statutory records
- Process bank payments and reconcile payment logs
- Produce and circulate invoices, assist with fee collection and debtor management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Record all time spent on client matters to support accurate invoicing
- Adhere to internal policies relating to anti-money laundering, client due diligence and record keeping
- Support additional administrative duties and responsibilities as required
- Contribute suggestions and ideas for improving daily task efficiency and the client experience
- Take responsibility for personal development using available resources
Job Requirements:
- Strong academic background with a willingness to study towards a professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP
- Previous relevant administrative experience or a strong interest in moving into corporate administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using Viewpoint is desirable
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Client-focused with a responsive and professional approach
