Temporary Insurance Technician - 12 months

Our client is seeking a Temporary Insurance Technician to support the Hellenic War Risks insurance department on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This full-time role will commence by mid-July 2025 and conclude on 12th August 2026. Reporting to the Deputy Underwriter, the successful candidate will be responsible for administering War Risk Additional Premium (AP) calls, issuing documentation, and maintaining excellent service standards across a large portfolio of shipping clients.

Job Duties:

• Open and confirm War Risk Additional Premium calls
• Close Additional Premiums accurately and efficiently
• Issue relevant documentation to members in a timely manner
• Respond to member queries with professionalism and accuracy
• Use internal systems (BoWoS and BLUR) effectively
• Liaise with over 300 shipping company clients

• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
• Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
