Our client is seeking a driven and detail-focused Equity Dealing Administrator to take ownership of equity market dealing functions on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring robust operational controls and outstanding service delivery to a broad range of clients, including private clients, fund managers, and institutions.
Job Duties:
- Execute client instructions across global markets, ensuring best execution and completion of related documentation
- Produce daily reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate order progress and ensure timely issuance of electronic confirmations and contract notes
- Maintain strong client service standards while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure full adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including documentation accuracy
- Handle complex queries, error reporting, and AML-related requests
- Deliver internal training and contribute to the development of procedures, policies, and service standards
- Perform additional duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering high-level customer service
- Ability to operate under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet tight deadlines
- Solid understanding of KYC/AML procedures
