Senior Administrator, Operations & Business Support

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Operations & Business Support team on a full-time, permanent basis. This pivotal role ensures robust internal systems and controls are in place to mitigate operational and AML/CFT risks, while supporting regulatory compliance across the business. The successful candidate will provide company secretarial duties, maintain statutory records, manage banking platform administration, and assist with data processing and reconciliation across internal systems. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and company secretarial experience to contribute to a collaborative, pan-jurisdictional team.

Job Duties:

  • Carry out company secretarial duties for in-house, non-licensed entities
  • Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with relevant filing deadlines
  • Act as administrator for banking platforms and manage bank-related requests
  • Create and maintain contact cards and records in internal systems
  • Provide administrative support for the Acumen database and assist with data alignment across jurisdictions
  • Assist with registry submissions and the annual confirmation filing process
  • Reconcile data discrepancies and support regular exception reporting and audit checks
  • Support ongoing projects and administrative tasks as required
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure systems, policies, and procedures remain up-to-date and effective
  • Maintain complete confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements and internal controls

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Proven Guernsey company secretarial experience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Understanding of regulatory reporting and risk awareness
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain high levels of confidentiality
