Our client is seeking a Fund Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will support the administration of an Incorporated Cell Structure and other fund structures. The ideal candidate will be motivated to pursue a professional qualification and bring a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
Job Duties:
- Process payments across various banking systems
- Process investment instructions across custodian systems
- Carry out transaction monitoring
- Conduct payment call backs
- Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings
- Prepare daily net asset values
- Handle a varied range of client queries
- Maintain accurate client records
- Complete timesheets on a daily basis
- Apply internal risk management procedures
- Ensure excellent service delivery at all times
- Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Strong academic qualifications (A-Levels grade C and above, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree)
- Willingness to study towards a professional qualification
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative and numeracy skills
- Well organised with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible and calm under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Proactive in asking questions and raising issues
- Interest in understanding fund structures and operations
- Awareness of decision-making boundaries and risk
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
- A collaborative and supportive team player
