Our client is seeking a Trainee Analyst or Analyst to join their Transaction Management team on a permanent, full-time basis. This client-facing role involves providing on-boarding, administration, and ongoing support services to a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients. The successful candidate will work directly with clients and intermediaries such as legal advisers, banks, and family offices. Job Duties:
- Carry out initial evaluations of new business mandates, including due diligence and background searches
- Organise New Business Committee meetings and circulate relevant documentation
- Maintain records of new business proceedings, including pre/post incorporation actions
- Present straightforward new business cases for internal assessment
- Manage new business workflows and corresponding digital files
- Support onboarding and ongoing service processes, including drafting engagement letters and renewing mandates
- Assist with the administration of a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients
- Maintain high client service standards and manage client expectations effectively
- Prioritise and process work in a timely and accurate manner, meeting both procedural and statutory deadlines
- Support WIP management and debt collection processes
- Prepare submissions for entity formation and dissolution via MyRegistry
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in corporate onboarding, administration, or AML is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to study towards a relevant qualification such as STEP, CGI, or a legal qualification
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
- Motivated and career-driven, with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with systems such as Viewpoint, Navision, or Worksite is an advantage
