Our client is seeking a Client Services Senior Manager to join their dynamic and fast-growing corporate services firm on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board, Senior Management Team, and clients, and will play a key role in delivering high-quality service and driving client satisfaction.
Job Duties:
- Manage and oversee a varied portfolio of clients on a day-to-day basis
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
- Ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of services to clients
- Review client contracts and agreements, referring to specialists where appropriate
- Take a proactive role in training and mentoring team members
- Collaborate effectively with the Senior Management Team to support business goals
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience within the corporate services sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to work independently
- Self-motivated with a desire for continued professional development
- Willingness to sit on the board of client corporate directors and consider individual directorships
