Senior / Manager, Client Services

Our client is seeking a Senior or Manager within their Client Services team to join on a permanent full-time basis. Based in the Isle of Man, this role is suited to a driven professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a portfolio of clients, ensuring regulatory compliance and commercial efficiency while supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee the administration of a portfolio of client entities, ensuring timely and accurate service
  • Maintain strong and effective client relationships through regular communication and proactive support
  • Ensure client entities remain compliant with statutory, regulatory and internal requirements
  • Liaise with legal, accounting, compliance and operational teams as required to deliver an integrated service
  • Monitor client billing, recoverability and WIP to achieve financial targets
  • Lead or assist in the onboarding of new clients, including risk assessments and due diligence
  • Support the training and development of junior team members, providing guidance and mentoring
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to internal initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of regulatory filings and internal reviews
  • Stay up to date with relevant legislation, regulations and industry developments

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client services, ideally within trust, corporate or financial services
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practice
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead client relationships with professionalism and confidence
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative and approachable manner
  • Experience supervising or mentoring team members is desirable
  • Relevant professional qualifications (or working towards) are preferred, such as STEP, CGI or equivalent
