Senior / Manager, Client Services

Our client is seeking a Client Services Senior Manager to join their dynamic and fast-growing corporate services firm on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board, Senior Management Team, and clients, and will play a key role in delivering high-quality service and driving client satisfaction.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and oversee a varied portfolio of clients on a day-to-day basis
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
  • Ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of services to clients
  • Review client contracts and agreements, referring to specialists where appropriate
  • Take a proactive role in training and mentoring team members
  • Collaborate effectively with the Senior Management Team to support business goals
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience within the corporate services sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated with a desire for continued professional development
  • Willingness to sit on the board of client corporate directors and consider individual directorships
