Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator or Assistant Manager to join their Client Services team on a permanent full-time basis in the Isle of Man. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and experienced individual to take ownership of a portfolio of client entities, support junior team members, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality fiduciary and corporate services in a collaborative and modern working environment.
Job Duties:
- Administer a portfolio of client entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery
- Liaise with clients and intermediaries to manage day-to-day requests and build strong working relationships
- Review and approve documentation prepared by junior staff
- Monitor WIP, billing and debtors, ensuring financial targets are met
- Ensure that all client records are up to date and compliant with relevant regulations and internal policies
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients, including risk assessments and due diligence procedures
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering their development
- Assist in the preparation of statutory filings and regulatory reporting
- Contribute to internal projects and process improvements
- Remain informed of relevant changes in legislation and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate or fiduciary services, ideally in a client-facing role
- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and governance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively
- Experience supervising junior team members is desirable
- Working towards or holding a relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP, CGI) is preferred
