Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Funds & Corporate Services team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves managing a portfolio of corporate client structures, particularly within asset classes such as real estate. The successful candidate will take a senior role within a growing team and will support client service delivery, regulatory compliance, and the development of junior team members.
Job Duties:
- Administer a portfolio of corporate client structures in line with service agreements
- Oversee onboarding processes for new clients
- Prepare supporting documentation and ensure accurate transaction processing
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior administrators
- Attend client meetings as required
- Assist with submissions relating to GDPR, ISE, tax filings, and regulatory annual confirmation statements
- Conduct periodic reviews of client files and address any review points
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, intermediaries, and advisors
- Support Managers and Directors with ad hoc tasks and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to business development activities by nurturing existing relationships and supporting new opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Relevant professional qualification such as STEP or CGI Diploma (or equivalent)
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Strong knowledge of corporate administration, particularly in real estate and asset-focused structures
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to mentor and support the development of junior team members
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance obligations and best practice in client service
