Our client is seeking a Manager to join their Funds & Corporate Services team on a full-time, permanent basis in Jersey. The role involves supervising a team of administrators responsible for delivering high-quality services to a portfolio of funds and corporate clients, including those in real estate and other asset classes. The successful candidate will also contribute to business development and operational growth.
Job Duties:
- Lead and supervise a team managing a portfolio of corporate and fund structures
- Ensure the portfolio is administered in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Oversee client transactions and review key documentation before escalation to Directors
- Manage billing processes and oversee debt collection for client portfolios
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders
- Identify and support training needs within the team to promote development and confidence
- Monitor team and individual targets, addressing underperformance proactively
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and appraisals
- Serve as a B-class signatory on the company’s authorised mandate
- Collaborate with other senior staff to support business development and promote growth opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Hold a relevant professional qualification meeting JFSC Table 5 criteria
- Minimum of five years’ relevant industry experience including people management
- Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and supervise administration teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commercially aware with a focus on service quality and efficiency
- Commitment to continuous professional development, including management training
