Team Lead, Treasury & Structured Product Ops

Our client is seeking a Team Lead to support the Manager of Treasury Operations within the Wealth International division on a full-time basis. This role is based in Jersey and plays a key part in overseeing operations across Central Records, Structured Products, Treasury Support and Funding. The successful candidate will lead the team to ensure excellent client service, operational efficiency, and strong risk management, supporting the delivery of treasury operational strategy.

Job Duties:

• Act as the first point of escalation for the team, offering hands-on coaching and support
• Implement tactical plans to achieve Treasury Operations objectives
• Oversee processing of payments in accordance with bank guidelines and ensure accurate recording of all transactions
• Manage client incidents and complaints within service level agreements and regulatory expectations
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and make recommendations
• Monitor adherence to procedures and maintain high governance standards
• Support risk mitigation by ensuring robust operational controls are in place

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Finance and Accounting
• 5–7 years’ experience in banking operations, treasury, and team leadership
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams effectively
• Strong knowledge of payment procedures, regulatory guidelines and operational risk management
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
• Ability to interpret data, challenge ideas constructively, and embrace change
• Comfortable with business intelligence tools and client relationship management
