Junior Nurses / Healthcare Professionals

Our client is seeking a qualified nurse or healthcare professional to join their growing clinical team in a non-traditional care role. This full-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to move away from frontline pressures while continuing to make a meaningful impact on patient care. The role provides a structured, supportive working environment with no shift work or night calls.

Job Duties:

• Triage patient submissions via secure email and telephone
• Assess clinical information to identify unmet medical needs and red flags
• Screen for contraindications and escalate findings to specialists for diagnosis and treatment planning
• Follow protocol-driven processes to support clinical decision-making
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records

Job Requirements:

• Nursing or healthcare qualification with current registration
• Newly qualified or junior professionals are welcome to apply
• Comfortable working in a technology-enabled, protocol-driven environment
• Excellent clinical judgement and attention to detail
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
