Partnership Associate

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partnership Associate to join their Banks and Strategic Products team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is central to supporting business development and relationship management initiatives aimed at expanding the bank panel, launching new products, and advancing the growth of the international business. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of working collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.

Job Duties:

  • Support the Head of Banks and Partnerships Manager with business development and relationship management activities
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing and sales materials for bank and strategic product partners
  • Contribute to the onboarding and project management of new partner relationships, including documentation, communication, and deliverables
  • Coordinate relationship meetings, webinars, and events with banking partners
  • Maintain internal data sources and generate reports to track business performance
  • Manage effective communication across phone, email, video conferencing, and in-person channels with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Product teams to share insights and enhance internal processes
  • Work independently and collaboratively to meet individual and team goals
  • Maintain awareness of the cash deposit, banking, and fund management sectors to support informed discussions with partners

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong research, analytical, and reporting abilities
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and build strong relationships
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Resilience and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of the banking or fintech sectors is desirable but not essential
