Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Funds & Corporate team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves the administration of a range of fund and corporate structures, including managed businesses and special purpose vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating board meetings, facilitating transactions and investor communications, and supporting regulatory compliance.
Job Duties:
- Administer fund, managed business and corporate structures, including formation and termination
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, responding proactively to their needs
- Participate in client meetings where appropriate
- Maintain accurate statutory and electronic records
- Review constitutional documents to ensure services comply with their terms
- Follow internal procedures in line with regulatory and company policy
- Coordinate director and shareholder meetings, including agenda preparation, board pack collation, and minute-taking
- Prepare and process bank payments and maintain invoice trackers
- Facilitate and process capital calls, distributions, subscriptions and redemptions
- Manage investment transactions including acquisitions and disposals
- Circulate investor reports such as financial statements and NAV updates
- Carry out periodic client reviews and support compliance processes
- Assist with CDD requirements for investors and clients
- Maintain and manage board meeting templates and trackers
- Record time entries accurately and assist in team billing processes
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff and assist with training
- Adhere to all procedures and support a culture of compliance
- Produce accurate, timely work and assist senior colleagues as required
- Perform any other duties as appropriate to the role
Job Requirements:
- Minimum A Level education or equivalent
- 3–5 years of relevant funds administration experience, or at least 5 years of experience in financial services
- Strong understanding of fund and corporate structures, including SPVs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and O365
- Excellent minute-writing, time management and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Willingness to study for professional qualifications
