Our client is seeking a Trainee Fund Administrator to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to begin a career in fund administration. The successful candidate will support the administration of fund structures while gaining valuable experience across a range of operational and company secretarial tasks, under the guidance of senior team members.
Job Duties:
- Assist with the establishment of new structures and transitioning of incoming business
- Provide a high standard of service to clients and related parties throughout the full client lifecycle
- Support company secretarial matters including the preparation of board packs and meeting minutes
- Process routine fund operations such as investor calls and distributions
- Prepare payment instructions for fund-related expenses
- Update and maintain client, entity and investor data
- Assist with the initial setup of accounting system records
- Maintain accurate investor records and ensure data integrity
- Follow internal policies, procedures and checklists within required timelines
