Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join the Client Relationship Team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of retirement products, supporting members and their appointed advisers while working closely with internal departments to ensure the efficient delivery of services. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in pensions administration or financial services, who enjoys working collaboratively in a client-facing environment.
Job Duties:
- Administer a range of retirement products, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Respond to member and intermediary queries via telephone and email
- Update client systems, including Viewpoint, to maintain accurate records
- Follow administration checklists to complete routine and bespoke requests
- Conduct internal reviews and assess the suitability of incoming documentation
- Liaise with the Client Servicing Team to provide clear instructions for processing
- Verify Customer Due Diligence documents in line with certification guidelines
- Co-ordinate with compliance for relevant checks before processing requests
- Collate and organise data for efficient task handover to the Client Servicing Team
- Maintain positive working relationships with advisers, introducers and the company offices
- Undertake training as required and support continuous service improvement
- Uphold the company’s mission, vision, and values in all work undertaken
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths
- 1–2 years’ experience in a client servicing or financial services role
- Previous experience in pensions administration preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with client data systems and compliance requirements
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team-oriented with strong time management and a willingness to learn
- Ability to respond tactfully and appropriately to urgent or sensitive matters
