Our client is seeking a diligent and well-organised Administrator to join the Client Servicing Team on a full-time basis. This is a non-client-facing position focused on the accurate and efficient processing of retirement product administration. The role will also involve aspects of Trust and Company work and requires excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Job Duties:
- Carry out day-to-day administration of retirement products
- Process administrative requests and maintain accurate records in internal systems including Viewpoint
- Use internal checklists to ensure all work is completed in line with agreed procedures
- Prepare and dispatch documentation such as transfer paperwork and investment applications
- Draft trustee minutes and resolutions in accordance with product requirements
- Liaise with the Client Relationship Team to provide timely updates on progress
- Communicate with banks, investment houses, and other financial institutions as required
- Process client requests efficiently, ensuring accurate collation and input of supporting information
- Co-ordinate with accounts and compliance teams regarding monetary transactions, including fund transfers
- Work in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and values
- Support other administrative tasks as required in line with evolving business needs
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths
- 2–3 years’ experience in a financial services environment
- Prior experience in pensions administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with client data systems and electronic recordkeeping
- Understanding of compliance and client due diligence procedures
- Awareness of regulations relating to money laundering and financial crime
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Professional, proactive and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion
