Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Business Enablement – Transformation and Technology team in Jersey. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, and plays a key role in supporting firm-wide digital transformation initiatives. The role involves working collaboratively with project managers, technology leads, and business stakeholders to drive the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. This opportunity is ideal for someone experienced in change management and passionate about delivering structured and sustainable organisational change.
Job Duties:
- Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure the implementation of technology solutions supports the firm’s strategic goals
- Develop and implement change management strategies including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management
- Identify key stakeholders and create tailored engagement plans to secure buy-in throughout the change process
- Design and deliver targeted communications to support user adoption and minimise disruption
- Assess training needs and ensure effective training delivery
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to guide planning and reduce risk
- Embed change management practices into project delivery while ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Monitor adoption metrics and gather feedback to refine change interventions and assess outcomes
- Stay up to date with industry and organisational best practices in change management and digital transformation
- Support wider project implementation activities as needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, organisational psychology or equivalent practical experience
- Professional qualifications in change management such as Prosci (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in change management, preferably within a professional services or technology-driven setting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong facilitation abilities and adaptability across multiple projects
- Entitled to Work/Entitled residential status
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required
