Senior / Client Relationship Manager

Our client is seeking a Client Relationship Manager or Senior Client Relationship Manager to join their Corporate and Fund Services department in Guernsey on a full-time basis. You will manage a portfolio of corporate entities and play a central role in providing high-quality, efficient, and timely administration services. This position involves direct communication with clients, board members, and third parties, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of business processes.

Job Duties:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client relationships in collaboration with colleagues
  • Deliver a high standard of professional service to a range of corporate clients
  • Prepare and attend board meetings, drafting agendas, minutes, and written resolutions
  • Assist company boards in maintaining effective governance
  • Liaise with third-party professionals as required
  • Process documentation related to investment transactions
  • Communicate with all relevant parties during transactions and corporate actions
  • Comply with internal policies and operating procedures
  • Support wider business objectives and contribute to process improvement
  • Maintain high levels of service in a transparent and collaborative team environment
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties as requested by your manager

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a company administration, fund administration, or company secretarial role
  • Studying towards or willing to study towards a relevant qualification such as CGI (or equivalent)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Presentation skills would be an advantage
  • Senior candidates may be required to support junior colleagues and handle more complex structures
