Temporary Credit Controller, Consultant - 8-10 weeks

Our client is seeking a skilled Credit Control Consultant for an 8 to 10 week contract within the Central Finance department. This pivotal role focuses on designing, building, and implementing a formal credit control framework tailored to meet the specific needs of the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a robust, scalable, and compliant system that will ensure efficient credit management and will culminate in a fully trained Credit Controller who can operate autonomously post-contract.

Job Duties:

• Design and implement a comprehensive credit control framework.
• Develop documented process flows along with supporting policies and operational procedures.
• Secure sign-off from the CFO on the framework design.
• Transition the designed framework into business-as-usual operations.
• Facilitate training for a Credit Controller to ensure adherence to the new framework.
• Obtain sign-off from the CFO regarding the successful adoption of the framework.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in credit control and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk management regulations.
• Familiarity with financial reporting procedures.
• Ability to receive instructions, formulate a delivery plan, and work independently to achieve desired outcomes.
