Our client is seeking a strategic and inspirational leader to join as the Group Head of Corporate and Funds. This pivotal role involves the leadership, management, and oversight of the global Corporate & Funds division. The successful candidate will drive the development and execution of the division's strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and exceptional client service. The role will focus on expanding products and services aligned with the Group's strategic objectives, representing the business externally, and fostering key client relationships.
Job Duties:
- Drive the development and implementation of the global Corporate & Funds strategy.
- Lead the creation and execution of robust business plans to achieve performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development to define the commercial proposition.
- Represent the Corporate & Funds division externally to build its profile.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and industry stakeholders.
- Champion a proactive relationship management culture within the team.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks across all operating jurisdictions.
- Provide leadership and direction to internal teams, enhancing effectiveness and client experience.
- Drive business development through proactive management and development of key client relationships.
- Oversee service delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality client services.
- Manage the division's financial performance, ensuring targets are met and improved upon.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment.
Job Requirements:
- Proven senior leadership experience in corporate services, fund administration, or financial services.
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance within the corporate and funds sector.
