Sales Account Manager

Our client, a boutique design, manufacturing, and fitting signage company based in Jersey, Channel Islands, is seeking a talented Sales Account Manager. This full-time role is designed for someone who thrives in a customer-centric environment, delivering cutting-edge signage, wrapping, and digital solutions to businesses. As the key point of contact for customer enquiries, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's competitive edge and profitability.

Job Duties:

  • Report to and support the Business Relationship Manager with all related business activities.
  • Assist in the execution of company strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Project manage jobs from initial enquiry to invoicing, including onsite surveying and creating Planning Applications when required.
  • Liaise with clients across various industries and levels.
  • Convey accurate information, prepare quotes, and follow up to convert orders.
  • Collaborate with a remote team to drive efficiencies and resilience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project delivery and maximise client satisfaction.
  • Support the Business Relationship Manager in negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with clients and suppliers.
  • Champion personal development and commitment to quality outcomes within operational processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales and Account Management.
  • Established local network of potential clients.
  • Valid driver’s licence for manual vehicles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
