Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join their dynamic team. This full-time role plays a crucial part in supporting clients and financial advisers with their unit-linked plans and servicing requirements. As a key member of the Client Services team, you will have the opportunity to foster strong relationships and champion exceptional customer care across multiple regions. The Client Services Administrator will work closely with clients and internal teams to provide an outstanding customer experience. You will oversee client inquiries, manage transactions, and ensure compliance with established regulations. Job Duties:
- Support multi-jurisdictional clients regarding their plans held with our client.
- Communicate effectively and professionally through telephone, email, or video calls, performing customer care and security tasks as needed.
- Actively monitor and manage client queries, ensuring proactive and effective customer service.
- Take ownership and responsibility for customer enquiries from initiation to resolution, escalating complex issues to the Client Services Lead as necessary.
- Adhere to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, due diligence, and fraud control measures, referring to the Compliance team when appropriate.
- Prioritise workload and utilise workflow tools to manage outstanding tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a focus on customer experience, ensuring fair treatment and regular communication with clients.
- Collaborate with operational teams to foster positive working relationships and provide support as required.
- Participate in projects as directed by your line manager.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions related to operational processes and customer service excellence.
- Pursue professional qualifications with the backing of our client as part of your career development.
Job Requirements:
