Temporary Senior Payment Administrators x 4 - 12 months

Our client is seeking experienced temporary Senior Payment Administrators for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in the Isle of Man, you will be integral in managing payment processes, handling exceptions, and addressing queries, ensuring the highest levels of service for both internal and external stakeholders. Job Duties:

• Book and process foreign exchange transactions efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional service levels to internal and external customers.
• Identify areas for improvement and make actionable recommendations to Operations Management.
• Manage inward and outward payment queues, supporting the manager in daily operations.
• Participate in and assist with the resolution of queries related to payment investigations.
• Support junior team members to ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in general banking.
• A secondary/high school education, A levels, or equivalent (Matric).
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on interpreting data and producing outputs.
• Proven ability to embrace change and uphold high standards while managing tasks efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented approach.
