Senior Administrator, Private Wealth & Corporate Services

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to join their dynamic team within the Private Wealth and Corporate Services sector. This full-time role is pivotal in managing the formation and ongoing administration of fiduciary services for a diverse portfolio of clients and related entities across various jurisdictions. Job Duties:

  • Manage the ongoing administration of corporate and private wealth fiduciary services.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director and other managers to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
  • Organise and attend client meetings, drafting minutes and resolutions as needed.
  • Handle statutory filings in accordance with relevant deadlines and maintain statutory records.
  • Process bank payments, reconcile payment logs, and manage approvals.
  • Produce and circulate invoices while ensuring timely fee collection and following up on debtors.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and innovations to enhance the client experience.
  • Monitor Work In Progress (WIP) and billing processes in line with fee agreements, conducting fee reviews as necessary.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to data integrity through careful and detailed work.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, including anti-money laundering and client due diligence.
  • Undertake project work and initiatives as directed by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Approximately 4-6 years of relevant experience in the finance industry.
  • Strong academic background, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Progress towards or possession of a professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP.
  • Sound technical knowledge of professional services, statutory laws, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Previous experience with Viewpoint is advantageous.
