AVP, Relationship Manager

Our client is seeking an AVP, Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time position with a contract length of unspecified duration. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Monitor client account performance, ensuring targets are met.
• Provide regular updates and reports on account status to senior management.
• Attend networking events and represent the organisation to attract new business.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within financial services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to client management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in business, finance, or a related field would be advantageous.
