Senior Trust & Company Administrator

Job Duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client requests

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification or working towards one (e.g., STEP or CGI)
  • Experience in a senior administrator capacity, preferably within the Private Wealth sector
  • Ability to effectively manage a portfolio of clients
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office; experience with Viewpoint is an advantage
  • Understanding of the tax implications of structures under management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a capability to manage complex administrative processes
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
