Our client is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to join their team. The role involves maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Job Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
