Senior Administrator, Static Data

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Static Data Team. The primary responsibility of this role involves working as part of the investor services team to ensure timely responses to investor queries while maintaining the integrity of data and record keeping within core systems. The position requires efficient and accurate completion of all investor static data change requests within business and client service level agreements. This role is offered on a full-time basis.

Job Duties:

  • Act as a primary contact and subject matter expert for handling and processing all investor static data within the eFront accounting system.
  • Develop relationships with team members in Warsaw and assist with the review of their static data amendment work.
  • Support project work and take ownership of bespoke static data projects as directed by the Static Data Manager.
  • Respond to investor queries professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure all investor static data requests and inquiries are completed within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
  • Assist in ensuring the accuracy of investor static data for internal teams dealing with capital calls, distribution, drawdown process cycles, and investor, tax, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Follow established controls to mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate with KYC/CDD teams to ensure compliance of investor documents with KYC/CDD requirements.
  • Undertake end-to-end processes for the setup and maintenance of investor static data in core systems, including validating bank account change requests or new instructions.
  • Develop a robust understanding of data integrity and execute all requests with a quality and control mindset.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including Fund Administration teams and Operational Support teams, to ensure quality client service.
  • Monitor dedicated static data mailboxes to promptly handle all enquiries and change requests.
  • Maintain and manage the static data log to track all change requests and ensure resolution.
  • Record and complete relevant checklists for each type of static data request as per guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to work with different systems.
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills to deal with high volume, time-sensitive tasks.
  • Collaborative approach when working with other teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Prior experience in Private Equity and fund administration.
  • Understanding of fund structures and the Private Equity industry.
