Finance Analyst

By joining the central services team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues from a global network, providing crucial support across various functions such as technology and business systems, marketing and communications, finance and accounting, compliance and risk, HR, facilities, and administration. This Finance Analyst role, offering full-time hours, is essential to the Central Finance department, focusing on the development and maintenance of processes and models for financial forecasting and analysis. The role will support the CFO and CEO, facilitating data-driven decision-making through accurate financial information.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain processes and models, including automating tasks for consolidation and validation of financial data.
  • Provide performance analysis and forecasting assistance to support functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial expertise and support.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with the group-wide annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting processes.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders to offer financial expertise and assistance.
  • Be available to support other duties and project work as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
  • Attainment of a relevant professional qualification, such as ACCA, ICA, or equivalent.
  • Attainment of a relevant qualification at Certificate level, e.g., CAT.
  • Experience with financial forecasting and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Excel skills, with preferable SQL/PBi capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Ability to build morale and team spirit while embodying the Group’s values.
