Job Duties:

• Conduct searches and registrations with relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and organisational policies.
• Provide excellent client service to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Keep accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Conveyancer, with a strong understanding of residential property transactions.
• Relevant legal qualification or experience in a conveyancing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple caseloads concurrently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
