Our client is seeking an Associate in Compliance, Independence, and Ethics to join their team in Jersey or Guernsey. This role is part of the Business Enablement – Ethics and Compliance Pillar, with contracted hours of 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will work alongside the Compliance, Independence and Ethics leadership team to support the delivery of various compliance activities and projects. The associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to compliance standards, as well as promoting a strong ethical culture that aligns with the firm’s purpose of building trust in society and solving important problems. The firm is committed to maintaining high standards of ethical behaviour, which requires proactive management of independence, ethics, and compliance policies. Collaborating with other teams within the organisation will allow the associate to broaden their experience and have a significant impact across different areas.
