Office Assistant

Our client is seeking an Office Assistant to join their friendly team in Guernsey. This full-time role is primarily focused on central administration and providing a welcoming presence for guests. Key responsibilities include ordering stationery, scheduling meetings, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have prior office administration experience and must work on-site, with standard hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, although slight flexibility in hours may be possible. This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Job Duties:

  • Provide a meet and greet service for visitors
  • Manage central administration tasks
  • Order and maintain stationery supplies
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Ability to work full-time on-site
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Flexibility with working hours is preferred
