Trainee Fund Administrator

Our client is a young yet highly experienced office, an inclusive and diverse Guernsey-based family-owned independent fiduciary and fund administration business that specialises in the venture capital domain. This role offers an exciting opportunity as part of a trainee programme, where the Trainee Fund Administrator will study towards a professional qualification, whilst assisting with the day-to-day administration of fund clients under the direction of a manager. Job Duties:

  • Assist with all aspects of the administration of fund clients, including venture capital funds, management companies, and related fund vehicles.
  • Assist with processing fund operations, including inputting payments, preparing receipt packs, and processing investor changes.
  • Maintain investor and fund records in relevant systems.
  • Assist with company secretarial matters, such as preparation of minutes, board packs, and reports.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc client requests or other duties as required by the team, including project work.

Job Requirements:

  • A-Level qualifications or equivalent, or a university education.
  • English and Mathematics GCSEs (or equivalent) are essential.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Good computer literacy and problem-solving abilities.
  • A desire to learn and a commitment to studies, which will be supported as part of the trainee programme.
