Junior CDD Analyst

Our client is seeking a Junior CDD Analyst to join their Client Services team, which plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth and compliant client relationships. This junior position will primarily support the control side of the Client Services team, focusing on developing expertise in this vital area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Control function, which includes keeping the Control Inbox updated and managing tasks across various in-house systems. Key responsibilities encompass liaising with multiple teams across jurisdictions, processing instructions, and requesting additional information while prioritising tasks in adherence to internal policies and procedures. Additionally, the role will involve conducting ad-hoc screenings of customers and undertaking specific duties or projects as required. The candidate will assist in testing Approved Introducers to ensure compliance, which includes organising MLRO visits and managing customer documentation. Furthermore, participation in a structured training programme will be essential for learning the fundamentals of the Client Services team.

Job Duties:

  • Support the Control function by maintaining the Control Inbox and updating the core Banking system, including blocking/unblocking customers and applying relevant markers.
  • Liaise with other teams across multiple jurisdictions to process instructions and request additional information while prioritising tasks.
  • Conduct ad-hoc screenings of customers and undertake specific duties or projects as required.
  • Assist in testing Approved Introducers to ensure compliance, including organising MLRO visits and managing customer documentation.
  • Participate in a structured training programme to learn the fundamentals of the Client Services team.

Job Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of basic Microsoft applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Proficient in Mathematics, with very strong English skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong personal organisation and effective task prioritisation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
  • Some KYC experience is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate.
