Our client is seeking a Credit Card Analyst to join their credit card team, focusing on reviewing applications, providing customer support, and undertaking additional operational tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing credit card applications, including relevant checks, reviews, and credit limit calculations. They will assist customers with digital onboarding, app queries, and a range of other services. The role also includes responding to customer enquiries, emails, and telephone calls, as well as assisting customers with credit card transaction queries. In addition, the Credit Card Analyst will investigate and resolve disputes, help set up and manage direct debits, and contribute to enhancing the product and service proposition.
