Credit Card Analyst

Our client is seeking a Credit Card Analyst to join their credit card team, focusing on reviewing applications, providing customer support, and undertaking additional operational tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing credit card applications, including relevant checks, reviews, and credit limit calculations. They will assist customers with digital onboarding, app queries, and a range of other services. The role also includes responding to customer enquiries, emails, and telephone calls, as well as assisting customers with credit card transaction queries. In addition, the Credit Card Analyst will investigate and resolve disputes, help set up and manage direct debits, and contribute to enhancing the product and service proposition. This position provides an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Job Duties:

• Reviewing credit card applications, including relevant checks, reviews, and credit limit calculations
• Assisting customers with digital onboarding, app queries, and other services
• Responding to customer enquiries, emails, and telephone calls
• Assisting customers with credit card transaction queries
• Investigating and resolving disputes
• Assisting in the set-up and management of direct debits
• Contributing to enhancing the product and service proposition

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with a desire to become knowledgeable in credit card support
• A willingness to build knowledge to understand financial crime and fraud risk
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A passion for delivering a great customer experience
• Strong problem-solving, organisation, time management, and delegation skills
• Prior experience is not a prerequisite for this role
