Temporary Due Diligence Analyst - 12 months

Our client is seeking a temporary Due Diligence Analyst for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract within the Financial Services industry. This position is full-time and requires residency and the right to work in the Isle of Man, as relocation is not an option. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing new client onboarding and any subsequent client changes in an efficient manner, ensuring adherence to regulatory principles and timely completion of the client review process. Job Duties:

  • Process client onboarding and changes in line with regulatory standards and internal compliance frameworks.
  • Assess client files and request additional documentation as necessary to complete KYC due diligence.
  • Capture and update information on internal systems, ensuring compliance and minimising risk exposure.
  • Review the work of fellow analysts as required to ensure quality of outcomes.
  • Accurately capture statistics on SharePoint.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to address KYC queries and obtain outstanding documentation.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding queries to ensure timely resolution.

Job Requirements:

  • First Degree in Business Commerce.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Operations, General Banking, and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
  • Strong business administration skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance and risk management principles.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to check details, develop expertise, embrace change, and follow procedures effectively.
