The successful candidate will collaborate with a dynamic pan-jurisdiction Knowledge Management Team to promote knowledge sharing across the organisation by maximising the utilisation of existing systems and available resources. This role will involve supporting the evolution of the KM database, ensuring ongoing growth in the volume and value of content. The Knowledge Management Administrator will assist with maintaining and updating intranet content, ensuring all legal and regulatory resources are accurate and aligned with the firm’s house style. Additionally, the successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for Partners and other Fee Earners requiring legal research resources, operate an enquiry service, and assist with the consolidation of relevant legislation for internal resources. Encouraging the use of the KM database and preparing documents for automated assembly are also critical responsibilities. The position involves managing client briefing repositories and liaising with other KM members regarding hard copy library resources.
