Our client is seeking a Manager, Asset Services to lead a high-performing operational team, focusing on excellence in service delivery, risk management, and strategic execution. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to Wealth Management Europe (WME) Operations, ensuring alignment with the organisation's values and strategic goals, while maintaining operational integrity and regulatory compliance. This role is critical to the success of WME Operations, as it ensures effective management of operational risk, drives process improvements, and upholds the organisation’s reputation for excellence. Job Duties:
- Manage a team of professionals, providing coaching, performance management, and guidance to drive individual and collective success.
- Address underperformance proactively and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Ensure adherence to operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and SLAs, maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and sign off on departmental procedures, ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks, supporting resolution and mitigation strategies.
- Set a clear direction for the team, aligning operational goals with WME and strategic objectives.
- Drive simplification, innovation, and process improvements, collaborating with stakeholders to implement change initiatives.
- Embed a strong risk and control culture, ensuring team members understand and adhere to policy frameworks.
- Champion a culture of speaking up, encouraging colleagues to raise concerns for the greater good of the organisation.
Job Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience with a strong track record in managing and developing teams, including coaching, performance management, and addressing underperformance.
